As an Advanced Practitioners’ Program, Module 3 of the Mastery Academy’s BaZi Mastery Series is certainly not for the uninitiated…especially when you find your instructor to be none other than the Academy’s Master Trainer, Joey Yap!   Students who enroll for this course are expected to have a more-than-average proficiency of BaZi knowledge, as an implicit pre-requisite to attend it. Joey started his class with an overview of the many fundamentals that any student or practitioner of BaZi would find indispensable.  He then launched into the principle concepts of BaZi, touching on the Five Elements, 10 Heavenly Stems and 12 Earthly Branches with gusto - prompting his students to crack their heads over many a puzzler he threw them.   Such was the extent of the knowledge disseminated in Module 3 that despite its compact approach, 3 days were nevertheless required to cover its entire syllabus. Highly sophisticated techniques – derived from classics such as Di Tian Sui – were shared with students over this 3-day course.  Discourses on Palaces, classical assessment concepts and BaZi assessment methods consummated Module 3’s substantial course content, with many a student taking the opportunity to approach Joey at the end of the class, to pose their queries on what they had just learnt.
