Fun-filled time in Dallas, USA |
|
(18 to 20 Nov 2005 - Dallas, USA)
From November 18 to 20, Joey Yap was in Dallas , United States to conduct the BaZi Mastery Series Module 2 class. This was Joey's second visit to Dallas this year. The first was in April when he conducted the Xuan Kong, Feng Shui and Mian Xiang classes.
The BaZi Module 2 class, was held at the posh Hackberry Club here in Dallas . This was the perfect setting for a good learning experience. Students from various parts of USA took this opportunity to attend the course as it was a rare opportunity to learn in-person with Joey Yap.
This three days course was organized and hosted by Mastery Academy 's representative in the USA , Donna Collins. It was not too long ago that Donna Collins was in the Feng Shui Module 4 class held in October in Malaysia .
This trip to Dallas was great for Joey as Home Improvement Magazine took this opportunity to interview him. And to end a very information packed three days course, a special seafood dinner was organized with Joey where he also took the opportunity to present his much sought after Face Reading talk. This one-hour talk was a good opportunity for the audience to get a glimpse of Joey's more witty side. A reporter from FOX Channel 4 was also present to cover this event. The students thoroughly enjoyed the class and it made for a relaxed learning experience.
On the next day, the very special BaZi – Practical Case Study class was held. This is a special class as this is the first time such a class is being conducted in the USA . On this day, many charts were discussed and the students were actively providing feedback and opinions on how to decipher the various charts given to them.
The charts used were unique and from Joey Yap's own records over the many years he had been practicing and teaching BaZi. As the students progressed through the session, he guided them on how to put everything that they had learnt in BaZi Module 2 into real practice. Some students even volunteered to have their charts discussed with their fellow students. This was definitely an exciting, fun–filled day and a perfect end to a great trip.
