Dato' Joey Yap opened the doors to the ancient secrets of San Yuan Qi Men Xuan Kong Da Gua for the first time in a course catered for advanced learners of the Xuan Kong Da Gua subject. Carried out for five consecutive days, this exclusive course on March 29, 2014 was truly the first of its kind in the Chinese Metaphysics world. The daily full-day course began with a two-day classroom teaching in Joey Yap Conference Center before moving on to individual site evaluation for the remaining of the program.

This program, being an advanced module, dwelled deeper on topics such as Xuan Kong Calendaring System, the different types of Xuan Kong Structures and the concept of Changing Yao. The subject of San Yuan Qi Men Xuan Gong Da Gua is a fusion of Qi Men Dun Jia and the Xuan Kong 64 Hexagrams and this class served as a platform to greatly speed up the applications of this system.

Dato' Joey also led the group of enthusiastic students to unravel some of the structures around the vicinity of Klang Valley, Malaysia where their Feng Shui was audited as part of the practical session. Sejati Residences in Cyberjaya, Nu Sentral Mall in KL Sentral and Sujana Glenmarie (Ecoworld) were also audited by the students.
