26th May 2006 – Damansara Perdana, Selangor The downpouring rain did not dampen the enthusiasm of the guests who made their way to MK Land’s event in Damansara Perdana to listen to Joey Yap’s talk on the Feng Shui for Homebuyers.
The participants, who were specially invited by MK Land, listened attentively to Joey Yap’s explanation on the basic Feng Shui concept for interior and exterior of a property, to ensure that they would not miss any important points raised.
At the talk, Joey Yap outlined the guidelines to the guests on how to identify the key Feng Shui features of a home and how it can help homebuyers to select properties using the basic principles of Luan Tou Feng Shui or Landform Feng Shui.
Joey Yap explained how you could apply using the basic principles to calculate Life and House Gua, analyse the floor plans, or even fine-tune Feng Shui to eliminate the need for major renovations.
He said: “How do we know if a property is worth buying or not? It is through the identification of the positive and negative features in the environment surrounding that property.”
If one understands and knows how to identify the negative features of a property through observations of the environment, an informed decision could thus be made before signing a sales and purchase agreement.
“Learning and understanding the use of basic Feng Shui methods like Flying Stars and Eight Mansions coupled with the observations of the environment where we live and work will help us to improve our quality of life,” said Joey Yap.
After the talk, a number of the participants made their way to Mastery Academy of Chinese Metaphysics’ booth to check out the two new books, Feng Shui for Homebuyers – EXTERIOR and Feng Shui for Homebuyers - INTERIOR and other books authored by Joey Yap, which were offered for sale at a special price.
Some of them also took the opportunity to buy tickets to the upcoming seminar on Mian Xiang, to be held in August. Later, Joey Yap spent some time with the participants who were interested to get clarification regarding the Feng Shui of their homes and gave useful pointers to them on the various properties in Damansara Perdana.
