An eager crowd was already waiting when Joey Yap took to the stage and the applause was warm and welcoming. Many in the crowd were obviously fans and had watched his Discover Feng Shui with Joey Yap program or read his books and newspaper columns before.

Joey explained classical Feng Shui at some length and then gave the audience tips that they could immediately apply. This was well received by the audience who were happy to have useful information that could be applied to their homes.

The question and answer session was highly interactive with many attendees coming forward with their questions and clearing any doubts that they had. The talk ended with some of the seminar guests taking photos with Joey Yap and taking the opportunity to have him autograph their books.
