MIEA invites Joey Yap for Feng Shui talk |
23rd September 2005 - Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Joey Yap was invited by the Malaysian Institute of Estate Agents (MIEA) on 23rd September to give a talk titled ‘Unlock the Feng Shui of Your Property.”
This full day event was held at Cititel Hotel in Mid Valley City, Kuala Lumpur. Held exclusively for MIEA members, this talk was focused on giving estate
agents an added skill that would help them in their profession.
The event kicked off with Joey giving a descriptive definition of classical Feng Shui to the participants; many of who were quite surprised to learn that the
location as well as the direction of a property plays a pivotal role in Feng Shui. Participants, who are mainly professional estate agents, learnt how Feng Shui
is evaluated for a property and more importantly, learn how this knowledge can help them understand client needs when selecting a suitable house or office. The event
included discussion on land and building analysis, Eight Mansions and Flying Stars methodologies that Feng Shui masters mainly advocate when evaluating Feng Shui.
This seminar enables estate professionals to see through the eyes of a Feng Shui practitioner, to better understand what they do and how they can apply simple methods to
improve the Feng Shui for any property. Joey Yap also elaborated on the usage of favorable directions; the right way to take house directions, empowering the wealth stars,
locating good offices and the annual influences of Qi.
The event ended with participants taking turns asking Joey about their property and also on properties of their clients.
