On 22 May 2016, Sime Darby Berhad organised a seminar in the city at Kuala Lumpur East Gallery that included Dato’ Joey Yap as honorary speaker on the topic, ‘Chasing the Dragon – Selecting a Powerful Location for Your Home’.

The event started from 11.00am to 12.00pm was nothing short of mesmerising, as Dato’ Joey presented to the audience about the unassuming powers related to selecting the right home. He also stressed on the fact that each and every location in a person’s house has its Qi activation point.

After the talk, members of the audience felt that they are now more than capable to go out looking for not just a house, but a place they can call home – especially a place where the Qi is positive.
