A property launch organized by Sime Darby Brunsfield was made more exciting with the appearance of Dato' Joey Yap, who was there for an hour-long talk on the Feng Shui & Astrology Outlook for 2014. His insights on the year 2014 managed to make a deep impact among the 350 guests, which made up of the property developer's clients and potential property buyers. The afternoon event was held in Oasis Gallery Damansara, Selangor on February 8, 2014.

The session started off with an analysis of the BaZi Chart of year 2014, and it was followed by a look at the Annual Flying Stars techniques for Wood Horse Year. The audience was all ears when Dato' Joey revealed the positive and negative sectors for home and their impacts on various key aspects in life.

In the second half, he went on to elaborate on the art of Face Reading where audience had a great time attempting to read each other's facial features for different insights. He also spent some time on the impacts of both the short and long-term investments for different types of properties from the Feng Shui and BaZi points of view.
