b : How much is a ticket?

ii Purchases of more than 50 tickets
d : After purchasing, can I change my ticket from one seminar to another?
All tickets are valid for the seminar stated in them. To change from one seminar to another due to your own reason, an admin fee of RM5 is chargeable.
e : I purchased tickets for my friend, but now he/she is unable to attend, can I transfer the ticket to another friend?
Yes, the tickets are transferable and do not require prior approval from the organizer.
f : How can I transfer the ticket online?
You are required to input the person's name when you purchase ticket's online. If the actual attendee's name is differed from the one stated, please fill in the actual attendee's contacts in the printed e-ticket.
g : Help! I lost my physical tickets
Please contact us via email or phone for more information. A small admin fee of RM5 is chargeable for all re-issue of physical or electronic tickets.
h : What are the payment methods available?
i Online: For online payment, credit cards are required.
ii Offline: For offline payment, please contact us for more information.
i : How do I know if my payment is successful?
i Online: You will receive an email notification upon registering & paying online, which include the transaction ID. Please keep the transaction ID.

Once the payment is validated, you will receive a new email notification stating your successful payment and "Log-In" details.
ii Offline: Once your payment is received, you will be given the number of physical tickets you've purchased.
j : I already purchased some tickets earlier but I need to purchase more, where can I do so? Do I need to register again?
The maximum tickets you can purchase are 10 at one time. To purchase more tickets, you will need to go through the process again.
4.  About our NEW "Log-In"
a : Why should I log in?
The "Log-In" gives you the chance to update the attendees' name & email addresses, so that they can receive information of the seminar nearer to the event. It will also save you the hassle of re-writing your details when you register during the seminar.

6.  What are the terms & conditions for this seminar?
Before the Event
1. ALL TICKET PURCHASES ARE FINAL. No refunds or exchanges are permitted, but are transferable.
2. A fee is applicable for the replacement of any lost tickets or transfer of tickets to another similar seminar. PLEASE KEEP YOUR TICKET AND TRANSACTION ID SAFELY. No receipt will be issued unless upon request.
3. Please be reminded to print your BaZi Chart before the seminar day. If you are unable to do so, the organizer can provide a printing service at the seminar venue for a nominal fee.
4. Admission to the "Joey Yap's Wealth & Destiny Live Seminar" is strictly upon presentation of this e-Ticket only. Each e-Ticket is only valid for one attendee. (Please print this e-Ticket on A4 size paper)
During the Event
5. Children below the age of 12 years old are not admissible.
6. All video and audio recordings are strictly prohibited. Offenders will be asked to leave immediately.
7. Dress code is Smart Casual.
8. The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry of any person whose conduct is deemed to be disorderly.
9. The organiser reserves the right to substitute the speakers, venue and date of event.
