Item Description
Joey begins the lesson by explaining what each region stands for, in terms of a person's age. The Upper, Middle, Lower Regions are each specific to certain areas of the face, and accordingly correspond to a certain period in a person's lifetime.
Then, Joey elaborates on the key traits of each region, and what you should be looking out for when Face Reading. He explains that this is when your previous knowledge in Face Reading comes into play, as all the factors you studied before in relation to vitality, freshness, fleshiness vs. boniness, etc., can be used to assess the individual regions of the face, and thus, draw conclusions on what that means for that particular period of a person's life.
The lesson then segues into a focused exploration of the forehead. With the aid of detailed diagrams, Joey explains to you what it means to have certain areas of the forehead display 'good features,' for example, the importance of a good top forehead, or what it means to have a good middle forehead. The width of a forehead also has much to tell, and it pays to pay attention if the forehead is dented or not!
When the Lower Region of the face is explored in detail, it is inevitable that much attention is paid to the chin. Here, Joey shows some example of chins - such as protruding chins, double chins - and explains what each of these chins mean.
Towards the end of the lesson, Joey explains why it is vital to assess the 3 Regions of the Face before moving on to individually assess the features, as doing this will help place your feature-by-feature analysis into better context. In fact, there is no better practice than trying it out on your own face, preferably with a ruler, so that you can take actual measurements and understand by doing what might not be so clear in theory.
