Day 1: Dragon Spotting in the Early Mist
The day kicked off bright and early for the students of the Mastery Academy on the China Excursion, with a 6.30am wake-up call.
However, everyone had been well-prepped the day before by Joey and reminded that keeping to the schedule meant being able to “see more” so

Day 2: Three Steps to Enlightenment
The next leg in the China Excursion for the students of the Mastery Academy was in Jin Hua, Ze Jiang Province. After spending the night at the Hangzhou
Continental hotel, it was an early start again to get to Jin Hua, a small province in outskirts known for its ham but also, the site of a very special visit
that had been planned by Joey for the students of the Mastery Academy.

Day 4: Kung Fu Fighting Qi - The Feng Shui of Shaolin Temple
After spending the night at the Sofitel Hotel in ZhengZhou, Henan Province, it was an early start again for the students of the Mastery Academy China Excursion 2005.
It was a two hour ride to the Shaolin Temple, the world famous home of kungfu, made famous by the Jet Li film, Shaolin Temple. The temple has
been in existence for over almost 2000 years and it is today, a leading center for the study of martial arts, as well as Zen Buddhism.

Day 5: The view’s great but what about the Feng Shui?
It was back on the trail of the Ming Dynasty for the students of the Mastery Academy, with a visit to the 13 Ming Tombs in
Changping Country, Beijing. The 13 Ming Tombs is a massive burial complex where 13 Ming Emperors, their empresses, and a few
princes are buried. It is located 50km from Beijing, or around a 1 hour drive.

Day 6: Dragon Patching for the Dynasty
After an extensive exploration of the tombs of the Ming Emperors, it was a change to the Qing Dynasty for the students of the Mastery Academy China Excursion 2005.
Unlike the Ming Emperors, who are mostly all buried in a single large cemetery in Changping, the Qing Emperors had two main tomb complexes in the
vicinity of Beijing: the Eastern Tombs and Western Tombs.

Day 1 [China Excursion-Extension] : The Good, The Bad and the Missed
Although the official Feng Shui Mastery Excursion 2005 is officially ended, more than 2/3 of the group has opted for the 3-Day extension program in Beijing.
It was to the Eastern Qing Tombs today for the students on the Mastery Academy China Excursion Extension Program. Last year, students on the China Excursion 2004
visited 3 tombs in the Eastern Qing Tomb area: tomb of Emperor Qian Long, Emperor Shun Zi and Empress Dowager Ci Xi.
