Registration
Registration of participants is considered complete upon receipt of the duly filled registration form accompanied by full payment.

Fees and Payment terms
Full payment should be received before the commencement date of the workshop.

Withdrawal and Substitution
No refund will be allowed but a replacement is welcome with written notice (together with particulars of the replacement participant) received at least 3 days before the date of the workshop.

Intellectual Property
Joey Yap and/or Joey Yap Research International Sdn Bhd own all intellectual property rights developed and used in the workshops. In conducting the workshops, the rights to any intellectual property shall not be transferred or assigned to the participants and the title to all such intellectual property remains with the owner. The participants may only use such materials for personal and educational purposes. They may not alter any of our intellectual property or the materials, copy or reproduce the contents or sell the intellectual property or the materials to any third parties.

Taping
No audio taping or video taping of the sessions is allowed.
