Sales Executives - Course/Consult

Responsibilities:

  • Generate sales and ensure sales target are met.
  • Prepare timely sales reports, database maintenance and servicing to customer queries.
  • Lead Generation & develop new lead sources to make up for attrition or churn among existing customers
  • Attend to Workshop / Seminar registration for yearly workshop/seminar event
  • Attend to queries and follow up from E-Mail related to customer queries.
  • Attend to Sales Leads follow-up
  • Database Maintenance & Sales Database
  • Secure and process new sales leads
  • Follow-up non-renewing customers

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma/Certificate in any related discipline
  • At least 1-2 years working experience. Those with Sales working experience will be added advantage
  • Ability to work independently, self- motivated and excel in a fast pace working environment
  • Must be goal-oriented, have persuasive and closing ability as well as excellent communication skills
  • Must have own transport and willing to travel
  • Must be able to work on weekends as well as public holidays due to workshop/seminar/corporate talk
