Logistics Executive

Responsibilities:

To monitor the stocks level for warehouse and in charge of all packing of the stocks.
Maintain the physical stocks at office and warehouse and to prepare daily physical stock level report and replenishment.
Assist on all custom clearance documents & stocks arrangement for events/seminar.
Monitor and prepare daily physical stocks level report & replenish the necessary stocks according to needs.
Monitor on all Online Book Order and able to perform reconciliation via server and payment gateway.
Able to liaise with the Sales Team or Agent for all the Offline Order

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least SPM or higher.
Minimum 3 year(s) related experience
Familiar with logistics related matters covering shipment, transportation, insurance and warehouse.
Knowledge of shipping coordination and documentation (Arrival Notice, Bill of Lading) is an added advantage.
Knowledge of customs import procedures, custom clearance is an added advantage.
Knowledge of store control movement and ability to maintain proper inventory system
Computer literate, preferred skill(s): Microsoft Word & Microsoft Excel.
Good planning and organizing skills.
Independent and yet able to contribute as a good team player.
Dynamic, self-motivated, initiative and able to communicate effectively with all levels and external parties.
High integrity and good communication skills.
